The Community For Change Home Owners Association is self-managed by a volunteer group composed entirely of residential homeowners. The association is presided over by a Board of Directors comprised entirely of residents of our communities.

All homeowners in the Prestige, Prestige II, Springbrook and Countryside manufactured home communities, which are owned by Morgan Management, LLC., are encouraged to become members of the association. Together, we can work together to make our community a better place in which to live and raise our families, and  to protect our rights under Section 233 of the New York State Real Property Tax Law.

The best way to become involved with, and informed about our community, is to attend the monthly association meetings. CFC Meetings are held the 3rd Monday of the month, 7:00 PM, at the Prestige Community Center. All homeowners are welcome.

CFC is affiliated with PRHO, the Park Resident Resident Homeowners Association.  PRHO is a state-wide organization in New York State which represents the more than 450,000 mobile / manufactured homeowners living in park communities throughout New York State.
