A. We are a group of residents working to make manufactured home communities a better place to live in.  We work with community management to address homeowners' concerns and needs through active communication..  .

A. We are affiliated with PRHO, the Park Residents Homeowners Association, A New York State Wide Organization protecting the rights of mobile/manufactured homeowners.

Q. What are the Bylaws?
A. The Bylaws are the guidelines for the operation of the Association. The Bylaws define the duties of the various offices of the Board of Directors, the terms of the Directors, the membership's voting rights, required meetings and notices of meetings, and the principal office of the Association, as well as other specific items that are necessary to run the Association.
